What exactly is Soul's Codex?
Soul's Codex is a personal book, written from the details of your birth and your name. It reads less like a report and more like a letter your own life has been writing since the day you arrived — the patterns that keep returning, the gifts you've set aside, the reasons certain things feel the way they do. Is this just a horoscope?
No. A horoscope is written for millions of people at once. Soul's Codex is written for one — you. It draws on several ancient traditions and weaves them into a single portrait, in plain language you can actually use, rather than a few vague lines that could apply to anyone.
Will I understand it if I know nothing about astrology or numerology?
Yes. You don't need to know a single term going in. Every calculation is explained in everyday language and tied back to your life, so you're never left decoding symbols. It's written to be read, not studied.
Is it a one-time read?
It's the opposite. People return to their Codex for years. Open it today and you'll find answers to what's in front of you now; open it again later, standing somewhere different in life, and the same chapters reveal something you weren't ready to see before. It's meant to stay with you, not to be read once and shelved.
Ordering & The Process
How do I order?
You begin with a short questionnaire on our site. It asks for a few essentials — your name, and the date, time, and place of your birth — along with a handful of other questions. Once you complete it and place your order, the work of creating your book begins.
What information do I need to provide?
Your full name, your date of birth, your time of birth, and the city or place where you were born. The time and place matter because they're what make the book precise to you rather than general. The questionnaire walks you through each field.
Why does my name matter?
Your name carries its own vibration in several of the traditions we draw on. It's part of what makes your book yours alone — change the name and you change the reading.
How is the book actually made?
After you order, a team of specialists prepares your book from the details you provided. It isn't pulled off a shelf or filled into a template — each one is composed around your specific data and reviewed before it reaches you.
Can I make changes after I order?
If you notice a mistake in your details (a wrong birth time, a misspelled name), contact us as soon as you can and we'll correct it before your book is finalized. Once the book has been written around your data, changes mean it has to be created again, so it's best to double-check your entries before submitting.
Delivery & Access
How do I receive my book?
When your book is ready, you receive an access code. You enter it through the Access Portal on our site, and your Soul's Codex opens for you to read.
How is the access code sent to me?
By email, in most cases. If you chose cash on delivery, your code arrives the traditional way — by post, in an envelope.
How long does it take?
Each book is written individually, so it isn't instant. You'll be told the expected timeframe when you order, and we'll let you know when your book is ready and your access code is on its way.
I didn't receive my access code — what do I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder, since automated emails sometimes land there. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order details and we'll get your code to you.
Where do I enter my code?
Through the Access Portal, linked in the main menu of our site. Enter the code and your book opens.
Your Birth Data & Privacy
What happens to the personal details I share?
Your birth details are used for one purpose: to create your book. They aren't sold, and they aren't shared for advertising. How we handle and store your information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, established payment systems — the same infrastructure trusted by countless online stores. We don't see or store your full card details.
Will my book be private to me?
Your Codex is created for you alone and opened with your personal access code. What you do with it afterward — keep it to yourself, share a passage, gift a copy of your own book to someone — is entirely your choice.
Can I have my data removed?
Yes. If you'd like your personal information deleted from our records, contact us and we'll handle your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
